Iana Kolev

Iana Kolev is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in project management and leadership within the architecture and real estate industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at PALMA since April 2018, Iana also contributes as Co-Chair of the Practice Management Knowledge Community at AIA Chicago and is an active member of CREW Chicago. Previously, Iana held the position of Project Manager at Wright Heerema Architects and Associate Director/Project Manager at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP for over a decade. Iana's early career includes an internship at AV1 Architekten. Iana holds a Master of Architecture degree from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, earned between 1999 and 2006.
