Jamie Greene is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and corporate governance. Jamie also holds multiple director positions, including roles at AIA Contract Documents, Sysnet Global Solutions, Zix, and Pegasus TransTech, where responsibilities include serving on the Compensation Committee. Additionally, Jamie has substantial leadership experience as Chairman of Western New York Energy LLC and has previously held significant roles at SunGard Availability Services and Aricent Group, contributing to various committees.
