Daria Platonova

Daria Platonova has a comprehensive work experience in the legal field. Daria started their career as a Legal Assistant at Tehmelservice LLC, where they worked from April 2000 to August 2005. Daria then joined the Interregional Inspection of Federal Tax Service on Major Taxpayers No. 3 as an Expert of Legal Department from August 2005 to March 2006. Following that, they worked as an Expert of Internal Issue Department of Financial Markets Transactions Division at Slavinvestbank LLC for a period of five months in 2006.

In 2008, Daria became the Head of Legal Department at Regional Company "Rezerv" LLC, where they were responsible for business support through the structure of foreign nominal shareholders and cooperation with Russian and foreign banks. Daria also served as the Chief Council of Transactions Support and Assets Holding Department at CJSC "Law Axiom", assisting in collaboration between Russian business and jurisdictions with low levels of corporate taxation and offshore zones.

From 2011 to 2015, Daria worked as a Corporate Advisor and Head of Legal Department at International Services Company (Russia) Limited. In this role, they handled various tasks such as registering foreign companies, opening accounts with foreign banks, and providing consulting on tax and legal aspects.

In 2015, Daria joined Nemo TV as the Head of Legal Service for Nemo Telecom Limited, Latvian Branch. Daria was responsible for developing corporate integration models for investors, drafting shareholders agreements, and revising drafts of bilingual contracts in accordance with English law. Daria also communicated with foreign service providers and companies administrators and contributed to the development of the company's internal policy regarding business deoffshorization.

Daria then briefly worked at 8bit group as the Head of Legal from December 2017 to June 2018 before joining OSA Hybrid Platform (OSA HP) as the Head of Legal in June 2018.

Throughout their career, Daria has gained experience in various legal aspects, including corporate integration, compliance procedures, drafting contracts, and internal corporate documents.

Daria Platonova attended Kutafin Moscow State Law University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in law, with a focus on international private law. During the same period, they also studied at the university to become a translator, specializing in business and legal communication in English. Additionally, in 2000, Daria completed an English qualification course at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
