Daniel Aissam Derani

Daniel Aissam Derani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics and science, currently serving as Associate Director - Group Data Analytics at AIA, the largest life and health insurance company in Asia, since May 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at leading firms, including Data Science & Engineering Lead at Accenture and Senior Data Scientist at EY Data & Analytics. Daniel's career began with roles such as Project Manager at LVMH and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Strategic Management from HEC Paris and a master's level education in Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, and Computer Science from École Polytechnique. Early education was rooted in mathematics and physics at Classes Préparatoires Pierre de Fermat and Lycée in Marrakech, Morocco.
