Geoff Lam

Geoff Lam is an experienced Architectural Technologist with 23 years in design and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at AIA, they oversee the construction of a 19-storey office redevelopment with a focus on IT and AV technology. Previously, Geoff has held significant positions at various organizations, including Project Manager roles at Hsin Chong Construction Group Limited and Faithful+Gould, where they successfully managed large-scale projects such as luxury hotels and infrastructure upgrades. Geoff holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Project Management in Construction from The University of Salford and an MSc with Distinction in Building Services Engineering from Leeds Beckett University.
