Jayne So is currently a Legal Counsel at AIA, specializing in corporate and commercial matters. Previously, Jayne served as a senior associate in the Global Transactions team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, focusing on cross-border transactions. Jayne also worked as an associate in Debevoise & Plimpton's Corporate Department, which included a secondment at bolttech. With a strong educational background, Jayne is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at UCL and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Outside of the legal realm, Jayne is a dedicated athlete, currently competing as an Olympic Weightlifter.
