Leonard Lai

Leonard Lai possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Group Leadership, Talent, HR Planning & Analytics at AIA since June 2012. Previous roles at AIA include Director of Human Resources, Regional HR Business Partner, Director of Group HR Transformation, Analytics & Governance, and Director of Group People Development & Culture. Prior to AIA, Leonard held the position of Vice President and Head of Organization Development at NTUC Income from 2011 to 2012 and worked at Accenture as a Senior Manager focused on Management Consulting in Talent and Organization Performance from 1998 to 2010. Leonard holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
