Naya Chu

Naya Chu currently serves as the Head of Health & Wellness at AIA since February 2018, where responsibilities include establishing and enhancing health and retirement ecosystems to transform AIA China into a life-long partner for clients. Prior to this role, Naya held various positions in the healthcare sector, including Associate Network Director at Cigna Healthcare, where network expansion and relationship maintenance were key duties. Naya's experience also includes roles at Bupa focused on provider network expansion and strategy planning, as well as medical provider network management at AXA Minmetals Assurance and Allianz Life, where responsibilities ranged from provider relations to underwriting and claims supervision. Educationally, Naya holds a Fellowship from the Life Management Institute (FLMI) obtained between 2003 and 2005.
