Yasmin Vann

Yasmin Vann currently serves as the Head of Health & Wellness at GEICO since January 2023, with previous experience as the Director of Benefits and Health Equity at Hillenbrand from March 2015 to January 2023. In that role, Yasmin managed health and welfare benefit programs, including annual enrollment processes. Prior to Hillenbrand, Yasmin held several key positions at Macy's, including Manager of Health Plans Administration and Senior Benefit Analyst - Compliance. Yasmin's earlier experience includes a brief role as a Health Plans Consultant at Indiana University, where the administration of various health plans was managed, and five years as a Benefits Analyst at NCR Corporation, overseeing benefits across multiple regions. Yasmin began a career in human resources at Middletown Regional Hospital as a Generalist. Yasmin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Miami University.
