Terry Tsang

Terry Tsang is a seasoned executive in the insurance and financial services industry, currently serving as the Director of New Business and Customer Experience at AIA since February 2024. With over 15 years of experience, including a role as Deputy CEO at ZA Insure, Terry has demonstrated expertise in driving business growth, innovation, and customer-centric initiatives across multiple regions. Previous positions include Chief Underwriter and Senior Manager at Cigna, as well as various managerial roles at ACE Life Insurance Company Ltd., AXA, Dah Sing Bank, and AIA. Terry holds a Master of Public Health from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master of Arts from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Social Science in Anthropology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
