Currently serving as the Head of Agency Operational Excellence at AIA Malaysia since August 2021, Emily previously held the position of CFO at Ipsos Malaysia, leading a team of 15 and implementing significant improvements in financial processes, including a successful transition to E-payment systems. With a strong background that includes roles such as Finance Manager at MyKRIS ASIA and Business Finance Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, Emily has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and team development. Emily holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and IT from The University of Queensland and a Diploma in Business Studies from HELP University.
