Currently serving as an Agile Coach and Principal at AIA Malaysia since January 2021, while also leading development teams at Sitecore as a Development Manager since April 2019, focusing on personalized digital marketing solutions. Previously, Paul held positions as Development Manager at Exact from April 2013 to March 2019, managing the development of an ERP system for the European and American markets, and at MYOB Asia Sdn Bhd from September 2007 to April 2013, where Paul managed projects and led teams in agile development for flagship products across multiple regions. Earlier career roles include Product Design Manager and Software Designer at Exact Software, and Accountant and Audit Assistant in earlier positions. Paul holds professional qualifications in Accounting and Finance from ACCA and Information Technology Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
