Regina Hong Shee Yan is a seasoned professional in the field of business analytics and data science, currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Analytics & Insights at AIA Malaysia since December 2019. Prior roles include Insights Manager at AIA Malaysia and Data Scientist at Western Digital from December 2017 to November 2019. Regina's experience also encompasses a position as Business Analyst at Bank Negara Malaysia, where responsibilities involved establishing business and functional requirements for statistical systems. Earlier in Regina's career, a role in Partner Relationship Management was held at Allianz Life from December 2012 to November 2015. Regina holds a Master's degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Malaya and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Statistics from Northern University.
