Jean You

Jean You is an accomplished urban planner and researcher currently serving as a Collaborator at the Centre for Environment and Ageing Well (ENgAGE) and a PhD Researcher at the Singapore-ETH Centre's Future Cities Lab. With extensive experience, Jean has held significant roles including Urban Planning and Resilience Expert at UN-Habitat and Senior Planner/Urban Designer at the NYC Department of City Planning. Previous positions also include Strategic Initiatives Specialist at the NYC Department of Design and Construction and Project Team Lead for the Build It Back Program in NYC. Jean's academic credentials feature a Master of Architecture in Urban Design and a Master in Design Studies focused on Risk and Resilience from Harvard University, complemented by a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University.
