Kevin Quan

Kevin Quan, AIA, is a seasoned architect with over 20 years of leadership experience in design and project management, currently serving as Justice+Civic Leader at DLR Group since January 2024. Previously, Kevin was Justice Practice Leader at TSK Architects from November 2004 to September 2023, where responsibilities included planning and designing over 100 courtrooms and managing a diverse portfolio of projects, including courthouses, educational facilities, and large-scale government works. As Managing Principal and Office Director at TSK, Kevin expanded the Los Angeles office significantly and fostered a collaborative environment among a talented team of professionals. Kevin has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, focusing on Urban Planning design studies. Kevin holds a Master of Architecture from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
