Thang Nguyen

Thang Nguyen is an experienced professional in strategy, business intelligence, and data analytics, currently serving as a Senior Manager at AIA Vietnam since June 2019. In this role, Thang leads a team of seven to deliver comprehensive reporting, analytics, planning, compensation, incentive structures, and customer design initiatives. With a strong emphasis on strategic insights, Thang has effectively managed various projects, including leading an enterprise data transformation project with a team of 15, which garnered an employee of the year award. Prior experience includes roles as Business Intelligence Manager at Wall Street English Vietnam, Agency Strategic Planning and Analysis Team Leader at Prudential Vietnam Assurance, Sales Analyst at FE CREDIT, and other sales and executive positions. Thang holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and additional certifications in Oracle SQL and Business Communication.
