Gabriel Zaharia is an experienced financial management professional currently serving as an Evaluation & Examination Counselor with the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration since March 2023, focusing on financial management for the PNRR and providing training on various topics including Climate Change Analysis and Risk Management.
