Gard Støe

Gard Støe has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Gard currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at AiBA, an organization focused on making the internet a safer place. Prior to that, they were the Head of Business Development at Norsk Tipping from March 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they held the position of Head of Digitalization/Deputy CIO at Elvia from January 2020 to March 2021.

Gard also gained extensive experience in digitalization and ICT roles at Eidsiva Nett AS. Gard served as the Seksjonsleder Digitalisering/Head of Digitalization from April 2017 to January 2020, the Fagansvarlig IKT/ICT Responsible from January 2014 to April 2017, and the ICT Project Manager, AMS from May 2011 to December 2013. Additionally, they held the positions of Head of Portals and Integration from November 2009 to May 2011 and Portal Manager from January 2008 to November 2009 at the same organization.

Earlier in their career, Gard worked as a Business Developer at Elavon Merchant Services, Norway Branch from 2006 to 2008. Gard also served as a Consultant/Coordinator at Cresco, Sparebanken NOR from 2001 to 2004 and as a Consultant Manager at Xtra Personell from 2000 to 2001.

Gard Støe's education history is as follows:

- From 2018 to 2020, they attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) where they pursued an Executive Master of Technology Management - MTM degree with a field of study in Institut for industriell økonomi og teknologiledelse.

- In 2019, they were a visiting fellow at the MIT Sloan School of Management's MBA program.

- Also in 2019, they were a visiting fellow at both Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School's MBA programs.

- From 2003 to 2006, they attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) where they obtained a Master's degree in Science, technology and society.
