Jordi Fortuny Profitos

Jordi Fortuny Profitós is an experienced professional in the fields of product development, data science, and research. Currently, Jordi serves as the Founder and Head of Product at aiball and as the Founder and Director of Fortech Analytics, both positions held since early 2023. Prior to these roles, Jordi worked as a Strategy Consultant and Big Data Scientist at Arcvi from April 2019 to October 2022 and as a Research Assistant at the Vector Institute, focused on Semi-Supervised Learning and Computer Vision. Additional experience includes a Java Software Developer role at BaseTIS and a Summer Internship researcher position at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory. Jordi holds a dual degree in Mathematics and Physics Engineering from CFIS-UPC and completed a Research Fellowship in Computer Science at the University of Toronto.
