Ingrid Ness

Ingrid Ness is an experienced Service Level Manager in the I&O Department at Aibel, a position held since August 2009. Ingrid's responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements, managing incident and change processes, and overseeing end-user IT interactions. With a history of IT project management, including work on the Grudrun EPCh Project and the Troll A 3&4 Compressor Project, Ingrid has a solid foundation in technical engineering systems. Prior experience at Invitrogen, Dynal Biotech ASA involved coordinating IT operations for servers and networks. Ingrid has completed multiple courses at BI Norwegian Business School and has a background in trade, commerce, and administration from various educational institutions.
