Michael Frame

Michael Frame is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at AIC Mines Limited since December 2021. Prior to this, Michael held several key positions at Evolution Mining from June 2015 to December 2021, including Group Finance Manager and Commercial Manager for the Mt Carlton Gold Mine. Earlier roles include Consultant at ORDA Solutions and Senior Business Analyst at Phu Bia Mining. Michael's career began at Newcrest Mining, where roles included Senior Production Analyst and Business Analyst, following a structured graduate program. Michael holds a Graduate Diploma in Materials Science and Engineering, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Commerce (Finance) and Economics (Macro Economics) from Monash University.
