Abdulkareem al-Shareef

Abdulkareem Al-Shareef is an experienced HR and organizational development professional with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the OD Manager at AIC Steel since July 2018, Abdulkareem previously held positions including OD Section Head, HCM Senior Officer at AIMS Holding, and OD Supervisor at ICAD-Innovative Contractors for Advanced Dimensions. Abdulkareem's expertise includes creating job descriptions, updating organizational structures, and designing multiple HR systems such as recruitment and performance appraisal programs. Prior experience also includes serving as an HR Analyst at AIC for Steel Structures and as an Executive Assistant-HR at Energya Cables. Abdulkareem holds a degree in English Literature from Sana'a University.
