Glory Gracia Christabelle, M.Si, CHRP, is an accomplished psychologist and organizational development expert with extensive experience in talent development and people management across various leading companies. Currently serving as OD Manager at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara, Glory focuses on crafting comprehensive talent development and organizational growth plans. Prior roles include significant positions at RevoU, Benita Theda Management, and Kalbe Farma, where Glory developed global talent strategies and managed extensive training programs. An outstanding contributor to capacity building initiatives, Glory has also written for KOMPAS GRAMEDIA and has been self-employed as a career coach and trainer. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a CHRP from Atma Jaya Catholic University.
