Clare Mary Puyfoulhoux

Critique D'art at AICA International

Clare Mary Puyfoulhoux is an experienced communication professional and art critic with a diverse background in cultural mediation and institutional communication. Currently serving as Chargée de communication at INRAE since September 2023, Clare has also been an art critic with AICA International since January 2020. As a co-founder and editor-in-chief of Boum! Bang! since 2011, Clare has played a key role in editorial direction and contributor management. Previous experience includes a position at CNRS, where Clare managed communication activities and directed the communication strategy for the 13-Novembre Programme. Clare's cultural mediation role at Fondation Cartier for contemporary art involved visitor engagement and workshop organization. Clare holds two master's degrees in contemporary thought and English literature and is continuing education at the University of Portsmouth.

AICA International

The International Association of Art Critics (AICA), is a NGO, founded in 1949 under the patronage of UNESCO (@ngounesco), whose objective it is to support art criticism in all its forms, worldwide and to keep pace with its changing disciplines. AICA’s head office, located in Paris, represents and promotes the activities of the Association’s 4,200 members, grouped into 63 different Sections, throughout the world.
