Shivam Dosa

Shivam Dosa, FCCA, is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and Head of Implementations at Aico since December 2020. With a strong background in project management, Shivam led the Agile implementation of ServiceNow during the SSE Telecoms business separation project while at SSE plc. Prior experience includes overseeing data migration for HR compliance initiatives at BP, revamping the accounts receivable process at O2, and managing restructuring projects at Ernst & Young. Earlier roles involved data extraction and project support at St. James's Place Wealth Management Group and customer account management at Nationwide Building Society. Shivam holds a degree in Accounting from BPP, having completed ACCA certification between 2012 and 2015.
