Peter Steel

Peter Steel has over 20 years of experience in the legal and regulatory sector. Peter most recently served as General Counsel for CIMA and Vice President of Professional Standards and Conduct for Management Accounting at AICPA. Prior to that, they held positions as Vice President of Professional Standards and Conduct at AICPA, Owner of Augury Consulting Limited, Partner at Bevan Brittan LLP and Capsticks LLP, and Associate at Mills & Reeve. Peter also served as Principal Legal Advisor at the General Medical Council and began their career as an Assistant Solicitor at Beachcroft LLP. Steel is highly regarded for their regulatory knowledge and is known for their client focus and diplomatic ability.

Peter Steel completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Legal Services from Nottingham Law School from 2004 to 2006. Peter also obtained a B.A. degree in French from UCL from 1987 to 1991.
