Susann Toni

Susann Toni has over 20 years of experience in human resources and training, currently serving as Manager of HR Training at AIDA Cruises since August 2013, where previous roles included Supervisor of HR Experience & Training and HR Training & Development Mitarbeiter. Prior to AIDA Cruises, Susann held various positions at BilSE Institut für Bildung und Forschung from November 2005 to June 2013, including Team Leader of Personal Development and Personal Developer. Early career experience includes a role as Editorial Assistant at Norddeutscher Rundfunk and a position as Political Education Consultant at Europäische Akademie Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Susann's educational background includes degrees from Universität Rostock and Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, as well as participation in the German American Partnership Program at Goethe Institut New-York. Additional qualifications were earned through a Trainer certification from Competence on Top.
