Thomas Knoch

Thomas Knoch is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in managing large-scale operations within AIDA Cruises since October 2015. As General Manager, Knoch oversees hotel and club divisions aboard the AIDAsphinx Class cruise ships, ensuring high guest satisfaction, quality service, and operational efficiency. Prior experience as Hotel Manager from June 2011 to July 2015 involved managing up to 400 employees and improving turnover while maintaining service standards. Knoch's career also includes roles in fine dining and bar service, starting with a Hotel Management education completed in 2000.
