Camilla Zimara

Camilla Zimara is a People Specialist at Banca AideXa since July 2022, responsible for the full HR life cycle, including employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as providing guidance on HR policies. Prior experience includes serving as an International Talent Acquisition specialist at SumUp from November 2020 to July 2022, where collaboration with hiring managers facilitated the end-to-end selection process across various countries. Camilla also completed an internship in the Labour Law department at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, contributing to project development and legal research. Earlier work experience includes a role as a Sales Advisor at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Italy. Camilla holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from both Université Paris-Est Créteil and Università degli Studi di Milano and a High School Diploma in Classic Studies from Liceo Classico XXVI Febbraio.
