Darrian Dorrough

Darrian Dorrough is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a People & Culture Specialist for the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Sage Solutions Group as a Human Resources Generalist and with the Detroit Pistons as a Membership Experience Executive. Darrian has also held positions with the Chicago Bulls, University of Michigan as Housing Director, Western Kentucky University as Residence Hall Director, and Murray State University as a Residential Advisor. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Recreation and Sport Administration from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Murray State University.
