Luca Angioloni

Luca Angioloni is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. As the CTO and Founder of Aidia since June 2020, Luca designs and manages technological solutions, overseeing a development engineering team focusing on AI, ML, microservices, and big data. In addition, Luca serves as CEO of Sphera and Head of Data Science & AI at Addfor S.p.A., where responsibilities include project management and strategic decision-making related to AI and machine learning systems in industrial contexts. Prior roles include Graduate Researcher at Università degli Studi di Firenze, Visiting Scholar at Northeastern University working on a DARPA project, and earlier positions in software engineering and IT management. Luca holds a PhD in Smart Computing from Università degli Studi di Firenze, complemented by various degrees in Computer Engineering.
