Pranav Pillai

Pranav Pillai is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the fields of software engineering, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Modus Audit Inc. since June 2025, Pranav previously co-founded Guardian AI to assist healthcare providers with insurance claim denials. Pranav has held significant roles at Palantir Technologies as an Enterprise Lead, focusing on AI solutions for hospitals, and as Technology Lead and Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Lex Analytics, where Pranav founded a software company to support universities and businesses during the pandemic. Additional experiences include software engineering at Scale AI, program management at Microsoft, and data science at Ally, along with contributions to blockchain projects at ConsenSys. Pranav holds multiple degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, including a Master of Science in Engineering and several bachelor's degrees in engineering and economics.
