Pranav Pillai

Pranav Pillai is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and business development. As Co-Founder and CTO at Modus Audit Inc. since June 2025, Pranav continues to drive innovation in the audit sector. Previously, Pranav co-founded Guardian AI, where support was provided to healthcare providers in addressing insurance claim denials, and served in multiple roles at Palantir Technologies, including Enterprise Lead and Technology Lead. Pranav also co-founded Lex Analytics, a software company aimed at assisting universities and businesses during the pandemic, successfully conducting pilots with institutions such as Stanford and Wharton. Earlier experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at Scale AI, focusing on machine learning infrastructure. Pranav holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and dual bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Economics from the Jerome Fisher M&T Program.
