Rashif Ghani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rashif started their career in 2019 at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, where they gained knowledge in business processes and assisted the General Manager. In 2018, they formed their own company called Ghani Cell, where they were responsible for developing business and marketing strategies, managing employees, and handling administration tasks. Following this, they joined Prudential Indonesia as a Financial Services Consultant, where they prospecting and followed up with customers, educated them about insurance products, and provided data analysis and sales reports. In 2021, Rashif worked at Garasimu ID as a Product Development, Content Specialist, and Digital Marketing professional. Rashif was involved in developing new products, conducting market research, creating content for Instagram and brochures, and maintaining social media accounts. Rashif then joined ProHEALTH as a Product Specialist, where they mastered the product of the Allied division and built and maintained relationships with key individuals in hospitals. Currently, they are working as a Client Acquisition professional at Aido Health Indonesia since 2023.

Rashif Ghani attended Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2016 to 2019, where they pursued a Diploma 3 in Marketing Management.
