Yoana Nainggolan

Yoana Nainggolan has several years of experience in the field of human resources. Yoana currently serves as the Human Resources Lead at aido health Indonesia, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Alodokter as a Senior Talent Acquisition & Culture Specialist from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers. From 2019 to 2021, Yoana worked at AXA as a DMTM Recruitment & Training professional. Yoana'sresponsibilities included recruitment and training. Before joining AXA, they gained experience as an HR Recruitment specialist at J.rep Indonesia from 2017 to 2019. Yoana's career started with an internship at PT.Pertamina (Persero), where they worked as a Human Resources Intern for a short period in 2015.
