Heather Rauckman

Heather Rauckman has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical social work. Heather'smost recent position was as the Executive Director at AIDS Alabama Inc, starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Clinical Director at the same organization from July 2020 to March 2021. Before joining AIDS Alabama Inc, Heather worked as the Clinical Director at Aletheia House from February 2018 to July 2020. Heather also has experience as a Clinical Social Worker at Collat Jewish Family Services from August 2017 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Clinical Coordinator III at Chilton Shelby Mental Health from April 2015 to August 2017, and as a Clinical Care Coordinator at Behavioral Health Systems from November 2011 to April 2015.

Heather Rauckman holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Montevallo.
