Hayden Camp, IOM, currently serves as the Regional Workforce Council Liaison at AIDT, effective October 2023, focusing on workforce development for the Southeast AlabamaWorks! Regional Workforce Council 6. Prior experience includes the role of Workforce Development Coordinator at Southeast AlabamaWorks from January 2023 to September 2023, where responsibilities involved promoting workforce training programs and collaborating with local businesses to assess developmental needs. Hayden's tenure at the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce from April 2016 to January 2023 encompassed roles as Vice President of Membership Development & Investor Relations and Director of Membership, emphasizing membership retention and event management. Additionally, as Communications Director for the Dothan Education Foundation from April 2014 to April 2016, strategic communication efforts were developed to enhance program awareness. Early career experiences include roles in recruitment and payroll at Wireless Advantage Communications Inc. and Personnel Resources, Inc. Hayden Camp holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Troy University.
