Orson Chen

Orson Chen serves as the Branch Manager at AIESEC Australia Ltd since June 2022, leading a diverse team to ensure the effective operation of the Local Committee and monitor performance for continuous improvement. As Branch Manager of Sales, Orson achieved 133% year-on-year growth in sales KPIs and was nominated for the National Sales Award in 2023. In the role of Branch Manager of Events, Orson executed three successful events, attaining a 93% customer satisfaction rating. Previous experience includes medical and dental receptionist roles at Jupiter Health and Medical Services, The Walk-in GP Clinic, and Allied Dental. Orson is currently pursuing a degree in Dentistry with an assured pathway to Doctor of Dental Medicine at The University of Western Australia, having completed secondary education at Perth Modern School.
