Santiago Gamba

Santiago Gamba is a professional with experience in leadership and management roles within AIESEC en Colombia, currently serving as Manager Leaders Lab and a member of the People Management team since January 2021, focusing on creating educational spaces and fostering a positive professional environment to enhance organizational culture. Previously, Santiago held positions as a Client Care Representative at OneLink BPO from December 2020 to October 2021 and at Teleperformance from July 2019 to February 2020. Santiago completed a degree in Gobierno y Relaciones Internacionales at Universidad Santo Tomás, graduating in December 2020.
