Alia Alwir

Alia' Al-Wir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational growth, particularly within AIESEC in Austria, where Alia' served as Country Manager and Head of Business Development, overseeing key partnerships and driving significant revenue growth. Alia' also participated in the Salzburg Global Seminar as a Public Policy New Voices Europe Fellow, focusing on inclusive community-building through public policy. With a background in team leadership, coaching, and strategic management, Alia' has held various roles within AIESEC, including Local Committee President at the University of Vienna. Alia' has a strong foundation in education, holding a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Rights at the University of Vienna. Alia' is also a former national basketball player and team captain, demonstrating leadership and teamwork from an early age.
