Upeksha Nimshan Silva has a diverse work experience. Upeksha Nimshan started their career at Keells in 2017 as a Cashier, where they were responsible for collecting and balancing cash, verifying documents, and providing excellent customer service. Upeksha Nimshan later transitioned to the role of Supervisor, where they focused on driving operational and customer service standards, launching initiatives, and monitoring performance. In 2022, Upeksha joined AIESEC Sri Lanka and took on various roles such as Organizing Committee President, Team Leader, and Delegate. Upeksha Nimshan was involved in event coordination, team management, and collaborating with external parties. Most recently, Upeksha joined MAS KREEDA as a Planning Executive in 2023.
