Amina Rysbekova

Amina Rysbekova currently serves as the Head of Project Management Department at AIESEC, overseeing the strategic planning and management of six projects while mentoring a team of five project managers. Amina has prior experience as a Project Manager in Engagement at AIESEC, where responsibilities included project creation, stakeholder coordination, and process evaluation. Additional roles include Manager of Incoming Exchanges Department, conducting market research and fostering partnerships, and involvement in organizing the DEM Project focused on ecological solutions. Amina has also worked in various capacities as a Junior Data Analyst at Mik Consulting, Content Manager at BAITC, Senior Graphic Designer at Wave Agency, and Graphic Designer at Energy Marketing. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Big Data Analysis at Astana IT University, Amina holds a High School Diploma from Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools.
