Talgat Amanbayev

Talgat Amanbayev serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) since October 2023, contributing to the establishment of a dynamic business environment in Kazakhstan. In addition to this role, Talgat holds various leadership positions including CEO of the University of the Future and TechHub AIFC, and serves as a member of the Public Council at NITEC. Talgat is also an Ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC), which promotes blockchain technology and digital assets. Previously, Talgat was Chairman of the Board at Kazakh Tourism and held multiple leadership roles focused on tourism development, digital promotion, and project management from 2014 to 2023. Talgat’s educational background includes degrees in Informatics, Computer Science, and Economics from institutions such as Indiana University Bloomington and Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade.
