Fabio Pelho is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Head of FP&A at AiFi Inc. since November 2022, where leadership has driven the implementation of an innovative pricing model and enhanced financial literacy in R&D and Machine Learning. As the founder of FCP Empreendimentos Agropecuários, Fabio has spearheaded a social venture focused on protecting the Atlantic Rainforest through sustainable practices and carbon credit markets. Previous roles include Finance Lead at SoftBank Robotics America, where strategic insights were applied to align financial operations across international units, and senior management positions at Copersucar S/A, Aralco S/A, and Banco ABC Brasil. Fabio holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.
