Fabio Pelho

Fabio Pelho has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as an intern at KPMG Brasil, where they focused on corporate finance and business process outsourcing. Fabio then worked as a credit analyst at Banco ABC Brasil, specializing in the Brazilian agricultural sector. Fabio also held various positions at Aralco S/A, including finance coordinator and financial manager, where they led financial operations and managed relationships with banks and investors. In 2013, they became a finance committee member and administrative council at Copersucar S/A, providing financial analysis and strategy recommendations. Fabio then pursued their MBA at Hult International Business School, taking courses in finance, accounting, and global business. After completing their MBA, they joined SoftBank Robotics America as a finance lead, responsible for financial planning and analysis. In 2017, Fabio founded FCP Empreendimentos Agropecuários, a company focused on improving cattle conditions and implementing feeding strategies. Currently, they are the Head of FP&A at AiFi Inc.

Fabio Pelho obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia from 2002 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services at Hult International Business School from 2014 to 2015.
