Anant Madabhushi

Anant Madabhushi is a Scientific Advisor at Aiforia. Prior to their current position, Madabhushi was Inspirata, Inc.'s Scientific Advisor from January 2015 to February 2020. Anant also held the position of Donnell Institute Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University from June 2014 to July 2022. In this role, they also had secondary appointments in the Departments of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Urology, Radiology, Pathology, and General Medical Sciences. From January 2012 to December 2013, Madabhushi served as Associate Professor at Case Western Reserve University.

Before their time at Case Western Reserve University, Madabhushi was Chairman of the Board at Ibris Inc. from August 2010 to February 2015. Ibris Inc. is a startup in the life sciences area focused on developing a computerized prognostic assay for predicting disease aggressiveness and outcome for breast cancer patients. Prior to their time at Ibris Inc., Madabhushi served as Associate Professor at Rutgers University from June 2010 to August 2012 and as Assistant Research Professor from September 2004 to September 2005.

Anant Madabhushi received their PhD in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and their MS in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Anant also attended Jamnabai Narsee School.
