With more than 50 years of experience, we have the resources and experience to provide what our students want and need in an international exchange and education program, and to safeguard their welfare around the globe. AIFS Abroad provides award winning study abroad, internship abroad, volunteer abroad, and customized-faculty-led programs in Asia, Australia, Europe, South Africa and the Americas. Programs include credit and non-credit bearing opportunities to students from over 400 U.S. partner colleges and universities as well as direct enroll students from the U.S. and abroad. All programs are designed to include tuition, housing, on the ground support, social and cultural activities, insurance, and emergency services. All participants receive pre- and post-departure support such as access to Clifton Strengths, an integrated career readiness personal development tool, and access to our robust alumni network and resources. AIFS Abroad supports all students in their journey abroad, regardless of their gender, race, religion, age, physical ability, or sexual orientation. Going Green: Our Green Initiative aims to make AIFS Abroad carbon neutral by 2025. All AIFS Abroad participants’ and staff air travel to and from program locations will be offset by the purchasing of carbon credits, to be used for initiatives such as alternative energy and reforestation. All programs will include engagement on being environmentally aware in the host location.
