Rafael Lomeli

Rafael Lomeli is an experienced professional in sales training and business brokerage. Currently serving as the Head Sales Trainer at AIG Direct since August 2017, Rafael develops and delivers comprehensive training programs for new hires, focusing on sales, product knowledge, and compliance. In parallel, Rafael has been a Business Broker at THE DEAL FIRM CA since January 2018, assisting entrepreneurs and small business owners in the buying and selling of businesses, leveraging insights gained from previous roles as a business owner and consultant. Prior to these positions, Rafael worked as a Business Consultant at UBI Business Brokers and held various titles at Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, including Reserve District Manager and Agency Owner, from May 2006 to November 2015.
