Brian Sapir, Esq., CIPP/US, is a legal professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and privacy law. Currently serving as the Global Head of Cybersecurity and Privacy Legal at AIG and as a Founding Member of Cyber Counsel Group, a non-profit dedicated to enhancing in-house cybersecurity, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, including Senior Managing Counsel at BNY Mellon, where key initiatives included advising on privacy regulations such as the CCPA and emerging data protection risks. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel - Intellectual Property at J.Crew and an Associate at Oved & Oved LLP, focusing on trademark management and enforcement. Brian holds a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and a BA in Psychology from New York University.
