Charles Allen-Walter

Charles Allen-Walter, CIC, is a seasoned insurance professional currently serving as a Senior Underwriter for Excess & Surplus Lines Property at AIG since July 2022. With extensive experience in underwriting and sales production, Charles specializes in providing tailored insurance solutions for challenging commercial, industrial, and high-value dwelling risks across the United States. In addition to this role, Charles is actively involved with the Link USA LGBTQ+ Insurance Network, where contributions include serving as President and Co-Founder from July 2021 to December 2024, and currently as Assistant Treasurer. Previous experience includes Vice President of E&S Property Insurance at AmWINS Group, where Charles successfully built a business and led teams, as well as roles at Ironshore Insurance and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Northridge.
