Daisuke Hayashi

Daisuke Hayashi is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition and Inclusion at AIG Japan, where they lead efforts in talent sourcing, diversity and inclusion, and early career development. Prior to this role, Daisuke served as the HR Division Manager at NN from 2016 to 2018, managing the HR team and reporting to the CHRO in Japan. Daisuke also held various positions at AIG, including OD Manager and Senior Training and Development Specialist. Their extensive experience in HR and talent management spans multiple roles within AIG and other organizations.
