Alexandra K. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Alexandra currently works at SHRM Executive Network as a Member. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Talent at Arcesium, where they were responsible for leading a global team of recruiters. Before their time at Meta, they worked at Facebook as a Recruiting Manager and Program Manager for the Meta Above and Beyond Computer Science Program. Alexandra also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Bitly, an Enterprise Account Executive at Pearson, and as a University Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems. Alexandra began their career as a Student Liaison at the Kutztown University Office of Human Diversity.
